Chapter 22
Rallen jumped from the side of the pohon and landed on his attacker. Rallen then sunk his teeth into the wolf’s scruff. He then flung him into the tree, knocking him out. His mate Lyra then came back to back with him, panting. “How much longer are we going to hold out?” She asked, tired. Rallen was bleeding from his flank, although anda couldn’t tell from his red fur. Then, Isaiah jumped from the puncak, atas of a pohon and elbowed one of the attackers. He immediately broke the wolf’s spine from the force. Rallen nodded his approval to his comrade, smiling. Isaiah leapt onto another one of the serigala and bit hard on their neck. The battle had been going on for quite some time, and the blooddrinkers were not letting up. Rallen and his mate Lyra, as well as his friend Isaiah had also escaped from Seth and Kate’s pack. They had gotten directions from the same merpati that helped Kate and Seth out. Sam. “Nice try bulu face!” Rallen yelled, slashing his claws out, slicing a young male’s face. Lyra turned to Rallen. Rallen nodded. Lyra jumped onto her mate’s back and launched off of it, slamming into a flame pelted wolf. “We can’t hold on much longer...” Isaiah stated, backing up to Lyra and Rallen, bleeding. “We should try to escape...” Lyra suggested. “No! We can’t just back off now,” Rallen stopped, upon seeing his mate’s desperate face. He nodded. “Isaiah. Pull back. We’re going to use a stealth manoeuvre.” Isaiah nodded and ran off to the forest. Rallen followed along with Lyra. The blooddrinkers pursued them.

Rallen jumped up to the air and latched onto an over looking branch. He swung up oleh swinging his muscular body and landed on the puncak, atas of the tree. The trees were dense enough to hop from treetop to treetop so he did so. Isaiah ran over behind a tree. He hid behind it, checking both sides to make sure those cannibals weren’t following him. In relief, he sat down, and began to breathe heavily. Lyra, however wasn’t that lucky. She got surrounded oleh three blooddrinkers. “No...” She whispered. “Surrender your life now...” Snarled one of the wolves. “It’s only gonna hurt alot!” Laughed another. Rallen from the treetops, noticed his mate in trouble. Lyra, tail went in between her legs, and her ears folded back in fear, her purple eyes widened in fear. Rallen leapt down, his neck bulu bristling. “If any of anda stupid serigala touch my mate I will personally tip out your lungs and shove them down your throat!” Rallen growled, leaping one of the wolves. “Don’t,” Rallen grabbed one of the serigala oleh the throat and kneed his stomach. “Touch,” Rallen then leapt onto another one of the serigala and ripped at their throat. “LYRA!” He finished oleh grabbing the last of the serigala throats and throwing them. Lyra stood there bewildered, looking at her mate, his flaming red bulu bristling. She smiled at him, thankfully and then the two of them ran to find Isaiah.

Seth and his two mates got bored of sitting around so they decided to patrol the borders. Seth was new to it, however there was a benefit to being mated to two Alpha's. So far, all Seth knew he had to do was challenge any un-wanted visitors. That seemed easy enough... The sun warmed his bulu as it shined upon his grey fur. Destiny noticed the sun, on Seth, and she playfully hit him with her waist oleh roughly moving it to her left, hitting him out of the sun so she could bask in it.

"Damn!" Isaiah cursed as he jetted away from that tree. "Damn those cannibals..." He cursed again, feeling the burning pain in his back, from where one of them just bit him. Then, Isaiah saw his friend and his friend's mate gesturing for him to get over to them. He painfully ran over to them, leaping over roots and shrubs in his way. "Go! Head over there. I've scented wolf! Not BloodDrinkers. I'll catch up." "No Rallen... No! We can't leave anda with them!" Lyra choked. "You are gonna have to.” Rallen finished. She embraced him, shedding a tear. Lyra moved away. “Come on.” Isaiah whispered. The two ran off. Rallen turned to face the hordes. “Come on!” he yelled, his teeth baring. Then, a few dozens of the blooddrinkers stepped out to vision. “oh... Lord...” Rallen whispered.

Seth, Kate and Destiny walked along a dirt trail. The three walked besides a forest out look. Then Seth and his two mates heard screeches and yelping. Seth didn’t wait before charging into the forest... Destiny and Kate followed along. Seth became so fast that everything was a green and brown blur. Then, His golden and grey mates came to his sides. They didn’t exchange words because they already saw what was happening. Dozens of serigala were attacking one red and black wolf. The red and black serigala was holding his ground but Seth and his mates could tell that he got clipped pretty bad oleh his attackers. Seth sprung into action. He leapt onto one of the attacking wolves, and threw him. Rallen looked up. He saw Seth and his two mates spring into the fight. "WHy are anda helping me!?" He asked. "I don't know! Why are anda fighting these guys!?" He exclaimed. Rallen didn’t answer. The four just continued fighting.

“Ow crap!” Seth exclaimed, grabbing his shoulder, cut to the bone. He shook his head defiantly, and then bit the throat of one of the wolves, killing them. Seth coughed up blood. “I... I killed him...” The words practically bubbled from Seth’s blood stained mouth. “Well what do anda think they’re trying to do to us?” Rallen asked calmly. “What did anda do to piss’em off so much?” Seth asked, swatting another one of them in the face. “They’re blooddrinkers... They eat serigala flesh. Enough said...” Rallen replied. Destiny and Kate instinctively backed up together, rear to rear. They were growling and snarling, their lips curled back, their noses wrinkled and their ears folded back. But the almost endless wave of serigala didn’t take it. A serigala leapt forward. Seth quickly leapt at him and pinned him against a tree. He then punched the wolf, right on the side of the snout and knocked out a tooth as well as knocked out the serigala himself.

Within 20 minutes, the four were running. Seth, Rallen, Destiny and Kate. They were blood soaked as well as bleeding themselves. Seth was limping from the gash in his shoulder. Rallen was simply cut all over and the two girl’s pads as well as their flanks were bruised and bitten. “What the heck do they want...” Destiny whispered. “To eat us...” Rallen replied, still running. “Why? I mean what kind of serigala wants to eat another,” “They do! They’re called blooddrinkers! Origin unknown, same with their will and their objectives... oleh the way... I’m Rallen!” He smiled. “Sure, I’m Seth.” “And this is Kate,” gesturing with a jerk of his head to the brown furred wolf, and the other is Destiny. “A pleasure!” Destiny smiled, sarcastically. “Hey!” Kate laughed. It was odd how the serigala were being cheerful when they had cannibals on their tails.

“Aah...” Seth moaned, as the blooddrinkers caught up to them. He, along with Rallen, and his two mates, leapt across a huge river bank. The trees became lebih luscious as the four approached the camp. “Who would of thought... On our honeymoon...” Seth trailed off, smiling and looking at Destiny and Kate. “Wait... anda are mated, to TWO?” Rallen asked with a dumb tone in his voice. Seth nodded. “We’ll talk later. For now, lets go. My camp is a bit farther.” “Do anda have any serigala there?” Rallen asked, desperately. “Yes. I do... There are many...” Seth replied. Rallen smiled. “Good. Because the BloodDrinkers aren’t going to stop.”
