Wait, why is everyone so sure that Damon and Elena are going to break up? There have been spoilers that they will hit normal relationship obstacles and fight, aka what they do all the time! Obviously there will be angst, but I think if they do actually break up it wouldn't be that soon, and it would only be for a few episodes and with reason. I feel so relieved right now! In the EW.com interview today they seemed 100% normal and playful with eachother and talked about things that would be SO uncomfortable if they just had a bad breakup. I don't know if they are together for sure atau not, but things are definitely not nasty atau awkward. I think a lot of the reason they are avoiding just the two of them (& paul) out for interviews is to avoid being asked pertanyaan about their relationship. I don't trust the writers when they say Elena's decision is "for now." If it were actually the final decision, there's NO way they would ever tell us that? They would never say like "Elena finally chooses and never falters again" because they would lose viewers if fan thought she made the final decision oleh season four. It was all fun and games when Elena dropped Caroline from a cheerleading stunt, but when Damon gets hurt it's going TOO FAR. I want Elena's humanity back, atau at least the beginning of the process of getting it back.
