How do I like atau reply to a komentar now?

With every video on the new YouTube, most of the komentar have no buttons to like them atau reply to them. There are a lot that I really want to like atau reply to but there seems to be no way now.

That does seem like the only way. I don't think it actually alerts them though.

Same here with me, I will admit, I do not like the decision of the Google+ connection to YouTube in order to komentar on video because anda can't reply to legacy komentar and anda also can't up vote atau down vote any of them either and that sucks, I have this problem too! XP
The only thing I like about this decision is that I can type as many character letters than before. :)
