For me it's Mrs Carmody from the Mist..

She's a good example of "humans are the real monsters"

The creatures are just binatang (granted, dangerous, mostly predatory alien ones) doing what comes naturally.. Carmody sacrifices a innocent man to the creatures, simple because he was "involved" in the whole portal thing, but didn't actually take part.. And than tries to have a friggin child sacrificed..

Sure she ended up right about her predictions.. But she was still a fucked up human being..
