Me, naruto cause he does have bigger goals, he also has the 9 tailed rubah, fox in him, he knows rasangun, and he does know sage mode.( Best mode he has so far)

naruto on the other hands,doesn't look as good, also quite annoying to me even though he is good in the Shippuuden series.

Also Sasuke is much lebih adored in Japan, also leads the Shonen-jump popularity polls!

1. Looks (Winner: Sasuke)
While Naruto's looks maybe seem unique, it is copied oleh few people such as Obito, Yahiko and Yondaime Hokage, who has the exact hair style as Naruto. Sasuke's on the other hand, has a long and truly unique hairstyle. The long hair that hangs around his cheek signifies that he lives in solitude and that he does not really accept anyone's accompany.

2. Powers and Ability (Winner: Sasuke)
Again, Sasuke wins. Why? naruto is strong. There is no doubt about it. Mastering Sage mode and Three tail form definitely increases his strength. He also has Futon: Rasenshuriken which damages oppponents at a cellular level. However, Sasuke has many advantage over naruto in this Category.
Firstly, Sasuke has sharingan which he can use to suppress the Nine tails. This would easily prevent naruto from using Nine tails explosive powers. Second, Sasuke has been known to use three of the puncak, atas jutsus in the naruto Universe. Amaterasu (Burns anything the user sets his eyes upon), Tsukuyomi (One of the strongest genjutsu but Sauke has not mastered it to Itachi's level) and Susano'o (creates a gigantic, spiritual humanoid being that surrounds and protects the user). The combination of these three can seriously damage atau kill Naruto. Trapping naruto in Tsukuyomi and firing Susano'o's panah covered in Amaterasu will not only pierce naruto but also burn him to cinders. Sasuke can also dodge Futon: Rasenshuriken with the help of Sharingan and counter attack.

Sasuke has proven time and time again how strong he is. In the episode 215 "Two Fates", Sasuke was seen taking on kakashi while he had severe blurr in his eyes. He single handedly defeated Danzo although this argument can be countered oleh the fact that naruto also defeated all Six Paths Of Pain.

3. Goals (Winner: Naruto) The reason why naruto wins in this category rather than Sasuke is that Sasuke keeps on changing his goal. First, it was to be strong enough to kill Itachi, When Itachi defeated him in Konoha, his goals changed into gaining power in anyway possible. This led him to Orochimaru and the betrayal of Konoha. When he grew stronger than Orochimaru, he killed him and again went for Itachi. After he killed Itachi too, he is now currently aiming for the whole Konoha village. naruto meanwhile has only focused on two goals. Becoming a Hokage to be acknowledged and saving Sasuke "from revenge". 4. Rate of Improvement (Winner: Naruto) naruto wins this one because his growth has been consistant. We have seen him continuously improving achieveing Futon: Rasenshuriken to Sage mode. For someone who used to paint in the face of Hokages' to someone who defeated Pain single handedly, I think that is quite an improvement. Sasuke on the other hand has not surpeised us that much apart from killing Orochimaru and Danzo (although he is a genius). 5. Burden (Winner: Naruto) Alright. This was really hard. The way I did this was to put myself in their situation and see which one was heavier. Killing your brother who killed your whole clan only to know that he was forced to do it oleh the village elders atau being hated since birth because your father sealed a demon which was responsible for the near destruction of your village inside you. I personally thought Naruto's burden was heavier. While Sasuke's burden was heavy, there were a few people who still cared for him such as Sakura. All he had to do was open himslef a bit lebih and he would have a near normal life though the massacre of his clan could still haunt him. naruto however, had no one who was ready to accept him. If Iruka was not there, he would have become like Gaara, blood thirsty and evil. He had to earn everyone's acknowledgement where as Sasuke just gained it due to his popularity and looks. So overall, I think naruto is better than Sasuke but Sasuke is still good.
