If you're wondering if Bella has the baby before atau after she is turned then read the book atau see the movie to find out. It tells it. atau in the movie's case it shows it.

pretty much male vamps don't lose there ability to have kids once they are turned so once Edward and Bella had sex they conceived Renesmee and Bella had her right before she was turned oleh Edward during labor. The best thing anda can do is read the buku and if your not a reader anda may try to find an audio version of Breaking Dawn.
