What-
What happened?
What is this place?
Am... Am I dead?
Slowly, I open my eyes looking around lazily. I would have tried harder but, my body wouldn't move. It weighed as if I was filled with sand, even my eyelids felt this way. Sand, dim lighting above, and a deep darkness around my sides is all I could notice around me. The numbness of my limbs began to fade, but not at a very quick rate. At this point, I could probably at least pindah my head, maybe even my arms yet it seemed like something prevented from doing so. Fear perhaps? Of what? The environment around me was unfamiliar and nothing living seemed to be around me. So what was stopping me? I began to turn onto my side when I saw bright white lights flash on right in front of me. A man covered in something of a white color went into the bright room holding...
What was it?
My eyes are still trying to adjust to the bright light. The man had dark cokelat brown hair and a pale skin tone. From my distance, it was hard to tell anything else, aside from his movement. He seemed to pindah forwards and back like anyone else, but his body stood vertically.
Odd.
I began to pindah in his direction slowly to get a better look, but somehow I hit an invisible wall? Do those exist? When my hands hit the wall, the noise was small, but in the empty place I was in, it made me jump a bit. The man lifted his head from what he was what I assume membaca and turned in my direction. I just froze in place. What was I supposed to do? He quickly went my way with a lit up face. He pressed his left hand against the dinding and looked into my eyes.
Is he expecting me to do something?
Raising my hand, I too pressed up against the transparent dinding diving us. It felt as if we were in two different worlds. He smiled and started to write in his book. What's he so eager to write about? Me? No chance. I took this time to observe him better. The mans hair was very short, his thin hair reaching a bit past his ears. The men back halaman awal had thick hair typically tied back. I also took notice that his ears were small and round, compared to mine, with a single gem on the lobe. His face looked rather young containing no facial hair. His eyes were of the same color as an icicle. I stopped observing the man when he put down the book and once again grew close to me. With this numbness still upon my body, I gently lied back down onto the sand, but a bit closer to the see-through wall. He looked up and down my body, which in turn made me feel uncomfortable. Was it because we were different? atau was I appealing? Ha! As if. Then again, we did have a feature that separated us completely.
He had no tail.
No scales.
No fins.
We were very different.
A human.
And a mermaid.
