basically after Arima fucked him up kaneki was recruited to the ccg and arima gave him the name Haise Sasaki, he forgot his past life except for the fact that he was once a ghoul, haise is like a second personality for Kaneki

this voice is perfect ….. for when he goes dark

I really enjoy the way characters interact with each other, its basically as id imagine it from the manga but it is indeed rushed, has fairly poor animation and the fight scenes are a mess of skipped attacks and weird unrealistic noises.

S2(Root A) does NOT follow the manga completely, changed the ending, and killed off characters that weren’t supposed to be killed off, etc. And the manga, imo, is better than the anime. Also they left out some pretty important stuff in this Episode which would lead up to other important events in the future….Ah! I almost forgot! BEWARE the Infamous Chapter 125 of TG:re(😂😂😂Lmao)

It’s interesting to see how Sasaki, this new personality is gonna deal with the fucked up Kaneki? Clearly he is against using his Kagune, but he has Kaneki there to push him.

I think its gonna be a fight over who gets to control the body, since Sasaki doesn’t remember being Kaneki. He only remember being Sasaki and having a split personality who he doesn’t know the name of.

At the beginning of the episode their is a missing Hide poster-easter egg- just like the one of kaneki when he bekame the eyepatch and joined Aogiri Tree, The Ghoul even said that Haise Sasaki looked familiar, meaning Hide dosen’t know what happed to Kaneki and the reason Hide is a Ghoul now is bc in the last episode of session 2 Hide was hurt bad but not konfirmed dead he was bleeding out badly, he kould have gotten Ghoul organs like Kaneki did then after Hide thought Kaneki was dead bc Kaneki gave Hide to the ccg to help him, Hide join up with Aogiri Tree like Kaneki did bc he had thought kaneki was dead. – But there sure to tell us in this session

pretty much S3 resumed from S1 ( ignoring S2 ). but they spoiled everything in the opening.. So bad
