Sims 2 hair atau sim!

I searched randomly on internet and found this: link

That sim is diposting on Spring4sims.But,i cant download sim atau hair,only those wing-earrings.But i want to download sim atau hair,but i dont know where to!I searched the most sites,and I dind find it.Please with no jawaban like: try modthesims,tsr atau something.Can anda guys give me a link atau some site which has that hair atau all sim? Please,I really,really need this. Hope anda guys find what I need and help me ! :]
