My game isnt entering in the house....what should i do?

Hi everyone before some days i downloaded some stuff for the sims 2 pets and tha game can see them...ok until here.Then when i returned before some days from a trip i tried to play the game and as i was getting in a house with a family i have the tunggu seems to had done but the game hasnt entered in the house yet...and it was tunggu for the selanjutnya one jam and lebih what the hell should i do?I wonder if the downloads have made it the problem but in the first days it has no preblem with them...(oh and something lebih as i was in the trip my brother touched the computer hellll!!!)
