Yeah but look at Pirates of the Carribean there like no thirds the last they've done a fourth and they can't finish now because of the ending Hunger Games my friend is on the same trail.

I definetly agree with you, but i would like to point out that the tripod series written oleh John Christopher was a trilogy, but there was also a prequel to it written afterwords.

I seriously doubt it. All the loose ends have been wrapped up and Mockingjay ends with Peeta and Katniss having children who will never have to compete in the Hunger Games and Gale who is some sort of reporter for district 2.

If she adds just ANOTHER book to susu money out of the series then it'll most likely be horrible. I personally think she should just leave it alone. "Don't fix what isn't broken" as they say.

But I'm pretty sure there will not be, because she kinda made it look pretty clear that there wasn't really anything else that was left unanswered, she explained what happened to everybody's lives in the Epilogue and gave acknowledgments to all the people that helped with the book and so on.
But there will probably not be a fourth book..
And if there will be, I think it will be based on her daughter atau son when they grow up because Katniss is around her thirties when she has her children, so I don't think the story would be that intriguing since we pretty much know what happens to her(she ends up with Peeta, has two kids, lives in the Victor Village etc.).
