As far as I know anda need either 11 atau 12 fan to be able to have a banner and icon. Once anda get that anda can then open a forum up for people to suggest ideas for an icon and banner. Once anda have done that anda can open up the poling with the ideas.If anda need any help just let me know as anda can't just open up the poling in the poling section there's a certain way to do it.Hope this helps :)
