Loud ANNOYING Neighbors??

I totally understand, the family that used to live above me (thank God they moved) had a 3 tahun old boy who was soooo loud and would always drop heavy shit on the floor and I could hear it and just sooo annoying!!

my neighbors are like family, we are all very close and get along very well. except for Sharen, a 60 tahun old lady across the jalan, street who comes halaman awal drunk every weekend at 2 in the morning. and she tries to find the smallest thing to complain about to her nieghbors that they do. we all gotten along until she showed up.

i feel bad for u.i don't know what it's like though.I don't live in town,so there aren't apartments,or anything.There are very few people who live on my road,and i'm thankful for that.But I know about loud and annoying.My mom has to babysit my nieces and nephew.My sis drops them off,really early in the morning,when I'm trying to sleep.Well,the guest room is right oleh my room,and they scream and yell and bang on walls,and everything.I've gone in there and told them I was trying to sleep but did that stop them?of course not.
So,I think that's just as bad as annoying neighbors.Maybe u should buy earplugs,or something?

I reckon anda should get earmuffs.
