What do u do when headache fucks ur head

Drink water, because headaches can often be a symptom of dehydration. Otherwise, I'd imagine anda could take paracetomol.

Drink a lot of water and if it doesn't get better in the end I just take paracetamol. atau I wait and hope it gets better, but sometimes it gets worse instead.

There was also those times that playing Sims 3 helped me, when I was younger to beat the headache.

I try to heal it with caffeine but I end up making it worse XD
Sleep helps tho.
