How do anda escape from negativity?

When you're angry atau sad/depressed, being harassed atau like somebody must've done something atau berkata something to upset anda in any way atau anda just feel mentally depressed atau whatever bad feeling anda feel, even feeling annoyed atau irritated and trying to get a moment of peace atau some anda alone time, what your best way to feel better and help anda relax? I always like to listen to some soft and calm musik and just relax. atau just any of my kind of musik atau my favorit songs depending on my emotions. I like to sit in my room oleh myself when I'm feeling unsecured of people and just don't wanna be around them. And oleh people, I mean family members. I like to look and stare at a picture of a beautiful landscape atau outer luar angkasa and I imagine myself in that picture while listening to calm music. That also helps me fall asleep. Just anything for me to escape from all the madness and be in my own little beautiful fantasi world without any bad stuff going on. So how do anda escape to your own world? What's your way to help anda relax and get away from everything?

For lebih simpler ones I usually watch anime, play video games, do math atau econ related problems, maybe music, maybe write, maybe go to band, maybe work endlessly, maybe just sit there telling my brain to shut the fuck up and stop getting upset over pointless stuff. Considerably healthy / healthier versions of trying to distract / ignore whatever it is. If its severe though I either cut it off atau dissociate if I dont have either my boyfriend atau birds around. I try my best to avoid going to such extents though because it gets me into shit really bad so sometimes I just suffer until I feel Ill go mad atau loose control of myself if I dont rely on one of my lebih unhealthy coping mechanism. Well, I can't. I can relax, but getting rid of negativity? Nope. It's possible to escape temporarily. I spent a huge deal of my time researching on this. People around anda will always be negative and the negativity will always outweigh positivity . That doesn't mean anda shouldn't try. Always get positivity whenever anda can. Meditate, use positive affirmations, watch video that are inspiring and positive. Try to increase the positive thoughts to fight the negative as much as anda can. That's my theory.

I usually don't see anything bad in people but when I'm hurt it's because my family atau friends dissapoint me and it's hard to think "it's okay " I guess I am used to it now cause I ignore alot of negativity (:
