How do anda escape from negativity?
When you're angry atau sad/depressed, being harassed atau like somebody must've done something atau berkata something to upset anda in any way atau anda just feel mentally depressed atau whatever bad feeling anda feel, even feeling annoyed atau irritated and trying to get a moment of peace atau some anda alone time, what your best way to feel better and help anda relax? I always like to listen to some soft and calm musik and just relax. atau just any of my kind of musik atau my favorit songs depending on my emotions. I like to sit in my room oleh myself when I'm feeling unsecured of people and just don't wanna be around them. And oleh people, I mean family members. I like to look and stare at a picture of a beautiful landscape atau outer luar angkasa and I imagine myself in that picture while listening to calm music. That also helps me fall asleep. Just anything for me to escape from all the madness and be in my own little beautiful fantasi world without any bad stuff going on. So how do anda escape to your own world? What's your way to help anda relax and get away from everything?
