Usually, I find a relaxing place and listen to Music. I could also get in touch with Nature. I don't really need to do anything else. Sometimes, when anda just sit down and think things trough while seeing the bigger picture in front of anda is lebih than enough !!!!
I usually menggerutu, jalang about stuff to my friends, ya know just to talk it out. That usually helps me get over depressing moods. atau I watch funny videos!
