I don't actively hold grudges just for the sake of being pahit and as an excuse to bring things back up. But I rarely forgive people. If someone did me wrong I just cut them out and forget them, minus the forgiving part. They just become nothing.

Present. Very much so. Thinking too much on the past will get anda depressed and thinking of the future too much will stress anda out. Particularly since both are generally hard to control.

Depends on who anda are. I either hold the largest grudges atau forgive lebih than I should.

I dont really eat permen bars but I cinta merpati badam, almond Dark Chocolate
