My usual bedtime for school is 8:30, and on the weekends, my parents let me stay up till 9, but it takes a while for me to fall asleep, so it's a bit past 10 when I finally fall asleep
Either a good night at 10pm Normal night at 12am Can't sleep night at 3-4am Then the wtf is wrong with my sleeping pattern at 5pm for a 15+ jam sleep...
I experience each of those at least once a week :P
Between 5 and 6 am, I've been trying to push myself to go to tempat tidur earlier though. I'm trying to push myself to at least go to tempat tidur oleh 3ish.
