How can I leave a komentar atau post on someone's wall?

hey guys, its been about 3 years since I last logged on fanpop and I don't have any idea on how to komentar on anything atau even post on someone's wall. I'm used to the old fanpop from when I was 11, now I am 16. And what happened to the chatrooms on here? Someone please help me figure out how to use this site again thank anda :D

1. That person has their account set up so that only people he/she is a fan of can write. Try sending them a message letting them know that anda are trying to write on their wall.
2. The browser anda are using may not allow anda to write on the wall. I found that IE does not allow you, try using FF instead. That is what I use for fanpop anyway.
