how do I know if I sprained atau strained something?
My ankle is really hurting me and the pain is not letting up at all. I dunno what I did, but it feels like something is really wrong. I already made an appointment with the doctor, but it's not until later this week :( Also if I do have a strain atau sprain what should I do to help keep it from getting any worse other than just prop it up cause I have school and stuff.
