Ack!! Help me!!!

I keep trying to start up a komik jepang it I have no idea how!!!
Nothing tells anda how to draw the speech bubbles atau little boxes that holds the scenes. I've tried studying some but I still don't know how. Nor do I know if I'm to draw the little background effects; say if a character was P.O'd atau akting cute atau anything! I can't find any websites atau video that tampil anda how. I don't even know what to make it about! All I know is that I really want to do this!!

But there really isn't a way to making speech bubbles, anda kinda just draw it.

Now, on 2 the problem at hand...I suggest membaca The Art of Making Comic buku oleh Michael morgan Pellowski from the Media Workshop.
When it comes to the background stuff, that's up to the artist. It's almost never the same, so just read a much of mangas and comics, study how they do it, and put your spin on it. That's what I do.
Remember, speech and thought bubbles are usually added after a rough in and just before details are added so anda don't draw in them but the menulis inside is always done last~!
