Happy 11-12-13 Everyone!!!!!so what r u guys gonna do to make this hari memorable??
In my country we put the bulan first, but on our 11.12.13 (November 12th, 2013), a classmate of mine set her watch to 9:10 AM so she could say it was 9:10 on 11.12.13. XD
Well I'm kinda stuck doing science homework, but I got distracted with my e-mail, then I saw fanpop, then I changed my profil then I wrote a story, then I.... gosh darn!! I keep getting distracted!! Oh well. I guess I'll procrastinate today.
My new tempat tidur arrived! My old one had a mattress that was ten years old and the tempat tidur frame had to be seventy years old at least, so it was devilishly uncomfortable. This new one is so comfortable!
haha i remember last bulan americans kept saying it was 11-12-13 like why would anda even put the bulan before the hari idk
but all i did was watch kartun and play pokemon today oh no

It makes lebih sense. The most important information goes first, which is the month. Yuo can tell the general weather and the time of tahun with the month. The tanggal and the tahun is insignificant compared to knowing the month.
but it also makes sense to put the smallest to the biggest? day/month/year... i dont see how the bulan is lebih important than the actual hari because thats when specific events happen?
lol I don't see how it's important to put the bulan first. Chances are anda know what bulan you're freakin in! It's the hari that anda generally want to find out first, hence why, many places daftar the hari first. And smallest to biggest time totally makes lebih sense too.
In the modern world, the precise menit is important, but let's just think for most of human history. Days did not matter, nor did the year, but crops and monsoon seasons were very important and still are today. Months determine your season, and whether to harvest atau plant crops. tahun and tanggal doesn't matter in the the rural world, which is as of now, most of the world!!!
Indeed, but we are living in a modern society which determines important events oleh date. We are a society that lives in the now. Obviously both ways makes sense, it just depends which one anda were brought up with and are used to.
i still feel like months are actually the least useful because the weather can tell anda what time of the tahun you're in, though lately the weather has been unreliable, but even still certain events will always depend on the day. halloween isn't the whole of october, it's on an actual hari and for the hari to be placed first would be lebih obvious? (i hope im not sounding rude i usually have conversations like these to learn lebih haha uou)
agreed dustydeer. For me (I'm not saying the other way is wrong but) I find the hari most important. Say, I remember birthdates, I remember I have a test due on a certain date, I have so many days left of my holiday. For me, each hari is lebih important that the bulan it's in.
It is December, not November....and it's the 11th.
Wait do anda put the hari first then the bulan middle where anda live?

She might live in a spanish country. They usually put the hari before the bulan there even though that's weird. I was wondering the same thing so don't feel like the only one.
My dear, anda do realise that the majority of countries in the world write the tanggal as day/month/year. The US is actually the odd one out who does not.
