The dumbest thing to ever exist in my opinion. Its mental stuff because you'll just gain the weight back. It is food that is the first step eat in proper portions of the right food anda will see a difference. I do that and work out and I give myself 4-5 months till I get abs.

It's not really aman, brankas at all for a person of your age. It's not recommended for people losing weight. That and I highly doubt they will agree to doing it to anda when you're not even fat atau have any. Do anda know how fat is made?

Your not fat, fat is like people who are over 300 pounds (no offense to anyone) but your not fat. Your right where anda need to be. Remember anda do grow.

In order to qualify for that surgery anda need to be at least over 300 pounds and over the age of 25.
