HELP! I CAN'T SLEEP!

When summer started I started to not get as much sleep as I would in winter fall atau spring. It happens to me every summer. But why summer? Someone please answer me. I NEED SLEEP!

Is it really warm in your room? I can't sleep when it's hot in my room, so I keep a fan in there, and also the humming of the fan sounds nice and it helps me go to sleep even lebih =w=

Drink a few cups of a really warm drink. Make sure it doesn't have caffeine, though. (Even though warm cokelat puts me out like a light. XD) Sometimes, putting your earbuds in and listening to really slow song helps, too. :D

It happends to me too sometimes. Before anda sleep try not to eat apples, jeruk, orange jus and any kind of chocolate. Try to eat a big salad with vegetables!!

I've always had trouble sleeping but your problem sounds lebih seasonal.
There could be so many factors about summer that won't let anda sleep -
Temperature- if it's too warm atau cold anda won't be able to sleep, so try opening/closing your windows atau getting a fan to help regulate the temperature. Another thing i do for my partner when he gets too hot (as he works nights and sleeps during the day) is pouring ice water in a hot water bottle.
Allergies - anda could be allergic to something in the air. Nighttime is usually the time of hari where pollen and other allergies of that sort become lower, but that doesn't mean anda won't be affected, especially if anda sleep with your window open. If anda do suffer from jerami, hay fever try taking anti-histamines before tempat tidur to help, atau it could be bed-bugs. Check anda don't have any and clean your tempat tidur and bedroom floor thoroughly to get rid of them.
Anxiety - if you're worried about something that can make sleeping harder as your brain is constantly thinking about it.
I take pills for my sleeping problems but try these ideas first before going to your doctors and asking his help
1. drink warm susu with honey / drink camomile teh 30mins - 1 hr before bed
2. don't eat anything too heavy before tempat tidur and if you're hungry have a light snack an jam before anda go to bed.
3. Meditation to calm you, anda can find tips on that online
4. Aromatherapy can help - add a little camomile oil atau lavender (or perhaps another oil anda prefer, just ensure it's light, sweet and not too heavy atau spicy) to a ball of cotton wool and place near your bed, put a small amount of oil into a spray bottle of water and lightly spray your bedsheets 30mins before bed, atau place a handkerchief scented with oil underneath your bantal to help relax you. anda could also add the oil(s) to your bath water if anda take one before going to sleep.
5. Aerobics - doing 30minutes of light aerobics can help regulate not only your body's metabolism but also wear anda out before tempat tidur without being too strenuous.
