Activities to improve flexibility? (homework)

Not the most exciting pertanyaan but for my PE homework I need 15 activities on how to improve my flexibility. And google just tells me to do stretches so yeah... if anyone knows anything it would be awesome if anda could let me know. Thanks

Um...Well, I think the internet's right, dude.
I know that stretches such as stretching your legs as far away from eachother as possible, and then leaning towards each one in attempt to touch your feet, in time, will help anda be able to do the splits. We were told to do it every hari when I used to go to dance.
But I'm no expect...
