My friend needs help with something.

Basically they're dating someone via Twitter, but the person they're dating isn't usually on. They don't know if they should stay with them, since they want a serious relationship, and that's hard to get if the person's never online.

Uh, I would say break up unless they can get the person's Skype atau cell number. Tbh internet relationships where anda can't talk face-to-face with the person even if it's FaceTime atau video chat are kind of bullshit and mean very little...
