I need help sleeping!! D:

I can't sleep AT. ALL. I need help! What are some techniques for me so I can go to sleep naturally? Also best answer gets 5 props.

Well I don't think it's just cheese, i think just dairy in general can help anda sleep. So milk, yogurt, ect.

anda tense, hold it tensed up for about five-ten seconds, then relax. It helps anda concentrate on relaxing all of your muscles, as some are tense without anda even knowing; it's kind of like a check-over, gets anda to relax very completely.

1. Get up early in the morning. You'll be a bit tired when anda go to bed, which should help.
2. Make sure anda don't have to pee. If anda have to pee, there's no way you'll get to sleep, and getting up never helps anda sleep. Use the bathroom before anda get in bed.
3. Drink a cup of warm susu before anda go to bed. Helps anda feel sleepy.
4. Drink some water, too. If your thirsty, anda can't sleep. DO NOT keep the water oleh your bed! If anda do that, anda may find yourself sitting up to drink, and the lebih anda pindah around, the longer it will take.
5. Find a comfortable position and stick with it. Unless the comfortable position stops being comfortable, don't pindah around. If anda move, all the sleepiness you've gathered will go and anda have to start over.
6. Make sure everything is done before anda go to bed, like homework and studying. Also, write down your worries in a diary atau something. It gets the worry out and helps anda sleep.
Hope that helps anda as much as it helped me! :P

PS: okay, listening to relaxing musik might help you, I don't know. But if you're anything like me, get it completely quiet. If anda have pets, make sure that they're fed and there's no way for them to get in your room. Try to make sure they're inside, (unless they're outdoor cats) because otherwise they might wake anda up wanting to get in. I would also recommend closing your door.
