How can i lucid dream?

For what anda want? anda need to realize anda are dreaming mid-dream.

I have done lucid dreaming two ways. One think of something anda wish to dream about before tempat tidur atau while anda are in bed. atau realize anda are in a dream while dreaming.

I normally use my imagination to figure out what happens selanjutnya if oleh some chance I wake up from it atau wish to have a lucid dream.

I heard somewhere if anda play video games before anda go to tempat tidur anda can control your dreams. I'm not so sure if this works though. I think at some point anda have to realize you're dreaming too, then anda can fully control your dreams.
I've controlled my dreams before, and it's definitely good. Kept me from dying in some of my dreams. xD

I very rarely dream.... and last night I dreamt about Amnesia. The video game. It was scary but it wasn't a nightmare... if that makes sense.
Anyway. I dunno. atau else my dreams would be a LOT different.

I can control my dreams most of the time. Video games can help, its mainly just learning to control your imagination while anda sleep. It tries to trick anda sometimes oleh making anda think its real. anda have to know youre in a dream.
