Do anda like my drawing?

It's Minzy from 2NE1, it isn't finished yet and sorry for the bad quality, but do anda think it looks ok so far? I'm also kinda stuck on the colour of the jacket, so if anda have any suggestions plz tell me. Criticsm is also much appreciated I just want to know peoples opinions on my drawing :) (also part of the pic is cut off on the left so u can't see all of it, but it's pretty much symetrical.)

Anyways enough of me, I want to know ur opinions :D

i think a good color for the jaket would be blue... not a very light one nor a very dark one...

Thnx, yeah I was thinking of going with blue. I kinda agree on the eyes I just couldn't get the pupils right lolz x3

Your proportions are fairly correct and everything is very close to being in the proper place. However, a few parts of the drawing are a bit off. She doesn't appear to have an eyelid, for instance, a minor but very important detail, and she's a bit menyeberang, salib eyed. I also suggest that anda put in some lebih detail to the hair, like lebih gaps and dollops sticking out here and there. And when anda start colouring her in, I suggest that anda try shading using darker and lighter tones, too. It's a very good drawing overall, though.
