EDIT: I wasn't trying to be rude. I was just a little bit shocked oleh your question. If anda truly cinta him/her I guess anda should just say "I cinta you". I can't really tell anda how to live your life. So I guess if anda do follow through with this hopefully he/she doesn't think you're a freak and gives anda your cinta back. Some people will say don't because they believe incest is wrong. I believe it is too, but I won't tell anda that it's gross atau anything even if it is to me. I'm not sure how anda would be able to express your cinta to your cousin atau how they would react if anda did.
if anda are actually serious about him and interested in a relationship, i would tell him straight out. yes, incest is considered gross oleh many people, but if anda are actually in cinta with him, its better if he knows. however if this is just some little crush, i wouldnt bother making a big deal out of it.
