Wouldn't itbe cool if there was a Jamaican hetalia character?

I mean, I know that hetalia was created to make the facts of the World War-which Jamaica took no part in- easier and lebih fun, but couldn't anda just imagine a tall, dark, handsome anamorphized (am I using this term right?) counrty with a cool, somewhat-laid back accent? And since I'm bringing this up, is there one for Spain? *imagines these two characters and starts humming in ecstasy*
