How can I do my hair like this?

Ok.....soooooo I really like this hairstyle on the picture below!and I like how it's curl but...I know how to curl but I don't know how to do the hairstyle below please help?Or try ur best!
P.s my hair is layered and it's straight and about 6 inches past my shoulder
oh and another p.s I DO have a cruling iron!
How can I do my hair like this?

Maybe try curling your hair with a curling iron, then brush your hair a little after you've curled it to make the curls softer looking.. and then it looks like she just clipped her bangs back.
