Can anybody help me come up with ideas for a speech?

I was nominated for treasurer in my school's National Honors Society, but I'm kind of really pathetic when it comes to public speaking and speech-writing. I have no ideas (except at the very end I'm going to say, "If anda vote for me, all of your wildest dreams will come true"). Can anybody help? I'd appreciate it :) Thank you!!!!

A good, jolly spirit and a fun-loving attitude are key things that people look for. But do tampil a bit of concern and seriousness. Be sure to include that in your speech, and also why anda would like to be school treasurer.
