I Need Moving Helllpp!!! Like Nowww!!

Okai! so my motherrr wants to pindah to a different state and she asked me to help her choose one.

She refuses to live In California :( , Florida, North Carolina, Rhode Island

Annyy other recommendations???? Pleeeez Hellppp
