Is it aman, brankas to post your picture in your profil i mean as an icon?

I don't think fanpop is for posting pictures of yourself.I think that's what facebook is for.(not that I like Facebook..)

If it's a far away and small enough picture I think it's alright. None large enough for anyone to make out real features though. And don't put any location information atau your full name. There's allot of creepy people out there!

Honestly, I don't think it's a good idea posting your picture as your icon. There's thieves on here that would go on your profil and steal your pic(s)(obviously because he/she has nothing better to do) and would do stuff to them. This incident happened in another club and a lot of people regretted putting their picture up.

Some people do- and I think it's alright if anda don't post your full name.
atau anda can post your full name without a pic of you.
I don't post my pictures cos I don't want ppl from school atau my parents just looking through my profil and going 'OOO she has a crush on HIM. OOO she hates HIM. OOO she is a fan of bla bla bla.'

I don't think there is a safety issue.
It is certainly possible that someone could use your image for something anda wouldn't approve of (I'll leave it at that), but I feel it is unlikely in this setting.

However, I do agree that fanpop isn't a place for posting pictures of yourself like facebook atau Myspace. But that's just my opinion.

Plus, anda have to upload your user icon as any other pictures, and people can copy the link of that picture as well, so it's definitely not safe.

There are millions of people who have diposting their pictures online without any negative effects. anda are removing a lot of anonymity, so anda have to be a lot lebih responsible with your actions. For example if anda have a blog and post your picture on it, anda would want to minimize controversy.

Basically, it's aman, brankas but it does open doors if someone is really trying to find you.

No - Again if it is inappropriate. Also, this isn't facebook. It is fanpop. Most people post a picture of something they are a fan of.

I wouldnt do it for several reasons.

1.like the others berkata posting your pic up can open doors to ppl that might want to find you.

2.I wouldnt do it because I prefer ppl not knowing a lot about me.

3.it's not a wise thing to do in my opinion.

Bottom line in my opinion posting your pic up is too risky.
