L's a detective that goes out of his way to solve the world's most difficult cases. Light Yagami is just a murderer with a massive god complex (like there hasn't been enough of those already)
Light may have a god complex, but he's done a better job of getting rid of scum than L.

Just because someone has commited a crime does not mean that they are deserving of automatic death. How would anda feel if anda went to jail for accidentaly killing someone, and than was killed without receiving a chance?
*wags finger* didn't anda pay attention? When Kira was the guy who kept muttering, "erase" the task force noted that the old Kira(Light) made the distinction and DIDN'T kill anyone that was guilty of manslaughter. Light only killed true scum.
No, I don't hate him. I just hate what he did in ep 25. fan who seen it should know what I mean. He's my detik favourite character, selanjutnya to L. :D
