Should people demand respect even if they don't tampil respect for other people?

I feel this way,it takes respect to get respect. You're not going to like everyone, but anda do need to respect. Honestly, I don't believe that anda should demand it especially when anda don't respect other people yourself. Don't say anda respect people when anda really don't.

Please excuse me if this sounds rude in a way. I don't mean to sound like that atau sound sarcastic.
