What's the funniest commercial goof you've ever seen?

Funniest one I've seen yet happened ten menit ago. Julianne Hough was on a Proactive commercial.
"Hey, guys, it's Julianne Hough! Proactive has some big news to share!"
And then it cut off to a commercial about some site like Ebay.
