Because the fans wanted a new icon and banner. We had a icon pick where the fans picked the new icon, we did the same thing with the banner. when the pick were closed we asked papa and dave to change them. The pick were outdated so we reported them as outdated, and then it got deleted, so thats why theres no pick about this in the picks.
