who thinks Alison lied about seeing Toby outside the window?

I mean she's the only one that saw him and i don't know if any of anda guys caught it in tonights episode but when the girls were talking about it one of them berkata that they saw him, but was corrected because they didn't see toby.... only alison did.....supposedly.

also in episode 6 there was a flashback about Ali talking to Toby after the "Jenna Thing" she kind of admitted she didn't see him.
