At the beginning of BW it's berkata that Ash is 10 years old.That's not true! Did they only berkata the age when the boy began his journey in Kanto and not Unova? He should be at least 15 years old now!

I know. Japense characters, like Ash atau Edward from Full Metal Alchemist have insane years of age.Ash will forever remain 10(sue me if I'm wrong), but Edward, on the other hand, is growing. Not physically(he'd flip if he hears me say that), but in age. He was 12 when he became a state Alchesist, stayed 15 for the entire series, the shot up to 18 in the movie. Proof:" What, anda thought I'd still be a runt when I'm 18 years old?!?"Lol. Saw the entire thing, plus the movie,from beginning to end.

I am honestly confused why he never aged I mean he must have at least oleh 5 years I mean how can anda go:
Kanto,Orange Islands,Johto,Hoenn,Kanto,Sinnoh and Unova
all the 1 year!

So perhaps he may stay 10 forvever like Bart Simpson has been 10 strange comparison I know but the Simpson haven't aged as far as I know as well!

Also he would have had to have aged because on an epsiode keterangan that comes up on my televisi it says something alon the lines of

"Ash and friends have not seen Kenny in years"

So I don't know what has been going on and also there has been over 365 atau 366 (If supposing its a leap year)days in the anime!

Oh also there is a Pokemon short at the beggining of the 3rd movie and Ash was planning a party and it was to mark a hari to the the tahun when he first met Pikachu!

he should be at lest 15 atau 16 oleh now, i mean do the math! at least 1 tahun in each season and thare are 5 of them so that should make him 15 and him look a LOT older!

Technically, he should be above drinking age oleh now. If he was 10 at the beginning of the first season, and there are now 14 seasons. But if anda count each journey around each region as one year, he should be at least 15 atau 16 years old. No matter how anda look at it, it doesn't make sense that he would still be 10.

For some reason, yes they do state that he is supposedly still ten years old even though he's been the same age since he first started out in the Kanto region. My answer as to why this is that it's silly! Ash was 10 in season 1. Now, about 15 seasons later, he's still 10?(If it's like that, then why did his voice deepen?) To answer the question, I think it's bcuz the producers want to keep Ash young in order for the new generation of Pokemon watchers to feel the same way that the first generation of Pokemon watchers felt. Its kind of like they're reinventing Ash for the new audiences, but keeping his original age for the sake of the viewers I suppose. Hope I helped! :)

In Unova they say he's 14.

So in conclusion he is 14 years of age.

U R right but in kartun characters don't grow normally (even though in the battle frontier before ash's last battle with brandon ash told pikachu, charizard, squirttle and bulbasour that quote:"a lot has changed over the years.").
