according to a certain source..miley broke up with nick j. on Dec 28,2007..apparently nick had kissed her backstage at the best of both worlds tour and he wanted it a secret but as they were bernyanyi "we got the party with us" miley kissed nick j. onstage and everyone saw it. they had also broken-up bcuz of personal reasons that r not known at this time
