The episode starts off with a women who collapsed being brought into the ER. The moment she is shocked a nurse faints. We learn that the women had breast cancer, and that she was being treated oleh Dr. Nancy Hoss, with a Metabolic Diet, and died. If she had received Chemo. and surgery she would have lived. Dr. Hoss cops a plea and the episode ends.
