I love Dean, but Jensen's funny and seems to be nice. But I know more about Dean, so I'll take him.

As for the tatto, as far as I know, he doesn't (neither Dean nor Jensen), but Dean was supposed to, originally. I don't know why they got rid of the idea, but I'm glad they did. :) Oh, aside from the anti-demon tattoo, of course, but that's a necessity.
