I've only watched it once so bare with me.

Was Saito the age he was in limbo because Cobb took the length of time to find him that was shown in the movie? Or should we assume he spent a lot more time with Mal in limbo then was shown in the movie?

Also, what was the significance of Fishers code in the real world? I missed the entire part where they were planning to hijack Fishers dream.
