So Cuddy is sick and needs surgery atau something and while she's out she has dreams/hallucinations in which she reflects on her relationship with House.
All the 'mini movies' anda may have heard about are different dreams observing Huddy.

Yeah, thankies so much! I knew that Cuddy was sick, but when others mentioned that she was having the different hallucinations because she was worried about her & House's relationship. It truly confused me, but thankies so much for helping me out! (:
