how do dead people aka vampire get an erection ?

NOT a twilight fan.....just curious...i mean no blood atau veins then how the hell does edward get bella pregnant..so confusing....they dont eat atau get tired..those are the things human can do right ,human can have sex to procreate n keep the race alive...but vampire are dead ,no blood atau any human nature....i really want to know if this was explained in the book ,sry didnt read the books,,not into romance

umm...then how did he have sex with bella ,i mean without u know..he cant..also semen is a human nature which needs blood,,,still don't understand

Neither am I. But speaking as a guy, unless I could get it... anda know, 'up', I'd probably find it a bit of a faff. To be honest, this 'plot point' doesn't bother me much, I just find it pretty funny. I'm childish that way...
