Pls, help me find the right episode...

I'm looking for the one with a scene, where Meredith, Cristina, Izzie & Alex are watching some tape in the hospital...and they're all making disgusted faces, but I don't remember if we have seen what was that tape about (they got it from the patient atau sth like that). It's certainly from season 4...any idea? <3
