You tell the stories
You listen to the screams
of a campfire ghost story
It's all fun indeed

Things so very hostile
a whisper in a dark hallway

flute music in the distance
you turn around to the source
but it's gone in an instance

Gunshots heard
on an old Civil War battle ground
A man on a horse
he disappears with no elusive sound

An old mansion
abandon for years
a see-through child
crying silent tears
