Where can I get a copy of the Extra Tracks 1976-1982.CD/CVD?

I'm in cari of the Extra Tracks 1976-1982 CD/DVD that was originally packaged as part of the full 1976-1982 box set. I have every other Genesis Reissue from 1970 through 2007 (including the other Extra Tracks sets from 1970-1975 and 1983-1998) EXCEPT for this one.

I don't need the entire box set, just the Extra Tracks 1976-1982.CD/CVD in its original booklet case (picture attached).

Does anyone know where I can obtain a copy in gently used condition (or better) at a reasonable price? I've scoured the Internet and have come up empty. I hope someone out there can help me.

I don't know where else to turn!
